Power In Motion is a fitness community with a goal to help people get better every day.  Consistently putting our athletes’ safety first, we focus on proper form and implement progressions that lead to maximum growth while preventing injury. Our classes are High-Intensity Functional Fitness based.  We provide other types of personal training options as well.  PIM believes that to be the best you can be, it is important to not only work hard in the gym, but also implement a healthy lifestyle outside of the gym, and we provide coaching that encompasses both. PIM strives to keep constant positive energy and atmosphere, allowing you to focus on your workout without outside distractions.  Everyone is welcome at PIM if it is your first class or you are a seasoned competitor, drop us a line or just feel free to drop in and see what PIM is all about!
